These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "User", "Customer") and Abhijeet Jain ("we", "us", "our", the "Business"). By accessing our website, clicking "I agree", completing a purchase, or accessing the digital educational course (the "Course"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not purchase or use the Course.

If you are purchasing on behalf of another person or an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind them to these Terms. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of purchase.

Upon successful payment of ₹899, you will be granted access to the Course as a single individual user. Access is typically granted immediately or shortly after payment confirmation is received from Razorpay, subject to successful verification.

Access is personal to you and is provided through login credentials or a secure access link. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your access.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of the applicable fee, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and view the Course content solely for your own personal, non-commercial learning.

This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us. We may revoke this license immediately if you breach these Terms.

All content forming part of the Course — including but not limited to videos, audio, text, slides, worksheets, templates, graphics, logos, branding, the name "Abhijeet Jain", and the overall design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Abhijeet Jain or its licensors, and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable Indian and international laws.

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed are owned by or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them without our prior written permission. Your purchase gives you a right to access and learn from the content — it does not give you ownership of the content itself.

To protect our intellectual property and other learners, you expressly agree that you will NOT:

• Redistribute or resell the Course or any part of it, whether free or for a fee.
• Record, download, screen-capture, copy, or reproduce the content by any means, except where a download is expressly provided by us.
• Share your login credentials or provide access to any other person; the Course is for a single user only.
• Use the Course for any commercial purpose, including teaching, training, or reselling it as your own.
• Engage in piracy, unauthorised sharing, uploading to file-sharing or streaming platforms, or facilitating access by others.
• Modify, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the content.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
• Use the Course in any manner that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful, or that infringes the rights of others.

Any violation of these restrictions is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of access without refund, along with legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.

a. Pricing

The current price of the Course is ₹899. We reserve the right to change our pricing, launch offers, or discontinue the Course at any time. Any price change will not affect purchases already completed. The price payable is the one displayed at the time you complete your purchase.

b. Taxes

Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Where any Goods and Services Tax (GST) or other levy applies, it will be charged in accordance with law and reflected in your invoice.

c. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms and policies. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking credentials. You are responsible for ensuring the payment details you use are valid and authorised by you.

d. Refund Reference

The Course is a digital product delivered with instant access. Refunds are governed strictly by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it carefully before purchasing.

You acknowledge and agree to the following disclaimers:

• Educational purposes only. The Course provides general educational and informational content. It is not tailored to your individual situation.
• No guaranteed income. We make no promise or guarantee of any earnings, income, or monetary benefit from applying the Course content.
• No guaranteed results. Individual results vary and depend on your own effort, skill, dedication, and external factors beyond our control.
• No investment advice. Nothing in the Course constitutes investment, securities, or trading advice.
• No financial or legal advice. The Course is not a substitute for professional financial, legal, tax, medical, or other qualified advice. You should consult a licensed professional before making any decision.

The Course is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You use the Course and act on its content entirely at your own responsibility and risk.

We strive to keep the Course accessible and functioning smoothly. However, access depends on the internet, third-party hosting platforms, and your own device and connection. We are not liable for interruptions, delays, or errors caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including server downtime, network failures, browser incompatibility, or maintenance. If you experience a technical issue, please contact our support team, and we will make reasonable efforts to help resolve it.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Course if we reasonably believe that you have:

• Breached any of these Terms, including the restrictions on sharing, copying, or reselling.
• Engaged in piracy, fraud, chargeback abuse, or any unlawful activity.
• Attempted to harm, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to our systems or content.

Termination for breach will be without refund, and does not limit any other rights or remedies available to us under law.

We continuously work to improve our content. We reserve the right to update, modify, add to, or remove parts of the Course, and to change these Terms, at any time. We may also, at our discretion, discontinue the Course or any feature. Where reasonable, we will provide notice of material changes. Your continued use of the Course after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or permanent availability of the Course.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Abhijeet Jain, and its representatives, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your purchase or use of (or inability to use) the Course, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In all cases, our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Course shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the Course (₹899). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Abhijeet Jain and its representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Course; (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any unauthorised sharing, copying, or distribution of the content by you.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

In the event of any dispute, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the matter amicably and in good faith. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be in India, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English. Subject to arbitration, the courts at our place of business in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Course, and supersede any prior understanding or communication. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision.
